Pierre Fournier, founder
Pierre Fournier, a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, is an entrepreneur with over 15 years' experience in management positions, including CPO at ManoMano and Founding Partner at Artefact.
By training himself in multiple human-related disciplines, he became aware of how much better he could have managed, and decided to disseminate these tools in the corporate world.
Jad Hawat, co-founder
Jad Hawat is a graduate of EM Lyon and has managed sales teams for over 5 years, rising to the position of Sales Director in the world of scale-ups, notably at Groupon. He also created and performed in his own one-man show for 3 years.
After taking the WILL training course, the impact was such that he decided to join the project that echoes his passion for people and management.
